Exercise Classes with Krista Hickey, Tuesday at 6:30 PM and Saturday at 8:00 AM. The Tues/Sat class she conducts is “Body Pump” which is a weight-resistance fitness class that focuses on toning and strengthening the entire body, set to upbeat music, using athletic moves and manageable weights.  It is a 60 minute workout, coordinated to motivational music, and is suitable for all fitness levels.  There are a limited number of yoga mats available at the Center for use by this class.
